Chang, Shan-Yang.-Born in Huchow, Chekiang, 1888. Mar-ried, 1917. Studied at Fu Tan College, Woosung, 1904-7. Arrived in America, September, 1908. Government support. Studied Electrical Engineering at Cornell University, 1908-11. M.E., 1912. Returned to China, November, 1912. Professor of Physics, Government University, Peking, 1912 to date.
