Chang, Cheng-Che.-Born in Foochow, 1881. Married, 1912. Studied at Fukien Provincial College, Foochow, 1902-5; at Banking Col-lege, Peking, 1906-9. Graduated, 1909. Arrived in America, July, 1909. Government support. Studied Finance and Commerce at the University of Chicago, 1909-11; at the University of Pennsylvania, 1911-12. Returned to China, June, 1912. Secretary, Bank of China, Peking, 1912-13. Acting Auditor, Board of Audit, Peking, 1913-15. Member, the Issue Department of the Bank of China, Peking, 1916.
